Brother Jerome Howard

Bro. Howard is employed with Turner Broadcasting and his job
title is Electrician II. An Electrician II is the highest position an Electrician can
carry at Turner, the next step beyond that position would be Lead Electrician, and then as
Manager of the Electricians. Bro. Howard was chosen as employee of the year out of the
three Turner Broadcasting Companys Property Departments which included the CNN
Center, Phillips Arena, and Turner Field. There are approximately 150 employees in the
Property Department based out of the Atlanta area.
Jerome has gone above and beyond his daily duties quite often. He has
assisted in training co-workers and has cross-trained in other trades. He
continuously assists contractors and other clients and customers within his company in a
very professional manner. He is always at work on time, and he also has no problems
covering for other co-workers, if they are on vacation or are out for personal reasons.
Jerome is the main backup whenever his boss is out, and his boss says that he knows that
the company is in good hands on the electrical side of things at all times when Jerome is
present!
Jerome has also been chosen as employee of the month during the year of 2001, on at least 3 occasions. As Employee of the Year and for his dedication and hard work, the company is sending Bro. Jerome Howard and his wife Sis. Cynthia Howard on a 5-day trip to Jamaica, which they will take during the month of July.

Bro. Howard not only works hard on his secular job, but he
exemplies the same attitude at church. He is Chairman of the Brotherhood Department, a
member of the Brotherhood Choir, a faithful Sunday school student, and a member of the
Trustee Board. Bro. Howard is very talented in many areas and keeps the church in tip-top
condition electrically.
